Evo Box Winter Team

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

 

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your credit card information available.

This registration is for Club Players and players who have been evaluated by coaching staff.

 

Both of our HS teams are currently at capacity.  Please contact Director Coach Marc Jacobson with interest.

Evo Box is designed to further develop skills that translate from the rink to the field and help every player develop their game. Through practices, "friendly" games and tournaments, offensive players learn the art of protecting their stick with body positioning, understanding spacing, and how to shoot in tight spaces. On the defensive end, players can’t rely on the leverage provided by a long stick, which puts the focus on footwork and proper positioning. And simply put, EVO Box is FUN!

 

TEAMS: 14-18 Players (10 forwards, 6 defenders, 2 goalies)

 

Registration is open to Evo Club Lax Players.  Rosters are more than 50% full and there are a limited number of roster spots open for non-club members.  Please contact Coach Marc Jacobson for an assessment at  coachmarc@evolutionlax.com.

Winter Box Fees

 

  • Returning YOUTH players: $999 (new player fee is $1049, includes $50 for jersey)
  • Returning HIGH SCHOOL players: $795 (new players fee is $845, includes $50 for jersey)

 

US LACROSSE REQUIREMENT

You must register first with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1:  Obtain a US Lacrosse Membership
    • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE
      •  Each athlete must have their own unique US Lacrosse membership
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the US Lacrosse Membership ID that you received in Step 1.
